Hi. I was trying to install 5.4-BETA1 on a Blade-100 off cdrom using a 
serial console. Unfortunately the install does not get past the initial 
kernel initialization. It hangs with the messages

acd0: TIMEOUT - READ_BIG retrying (2 retries left)
acd0: FAILURE - READ_BIG timed out

repeated ad infinitum.

I have tried putting the cdrom drive on another channel, but identical 
results. Note that I tossed out the drive that originally came with the 
Blade, because that could not read any ceedees at all.

Solaris on the same machine could read the cdrom just fine.

Verbose boot log is below. Perhaps someone can make any sense out of 
this.
