yes but giving me a chance to review the final version would have allowed me to
ask you to for example:
I still want to be able to do some operations without havind this warning, like
preparing a chroot or other option, thus not printing the warning in some
special cases
I could also have been able to discuss about it with other portmgr based on the
final patch (which is one of the reason it is maintained by portmgr)

given we were 5 portmgrs in the same place for the last 5 days that wpuld have
fit perfectly.
and I could have given you the approval which you need to commit on pkg_install
