Watching it boot, it only does this when it gets to the networking part of the boot - and the message before it is that hn0 has status of DWON. I am surprised that it is also finding the hn0 interface - is that expected ? Am trying to recover the box now, and will remove all networjking refernces from rc.conf to see what it does.
