I am wanting to setup a NIS server and one client. I am confused on how to do this. I found a Makefile.dist in the /var/yp and I have also modified the sysconfig file to reflect a domain name that will showup with the command domainname I have nis_clientflags = "NO" nis_ypsetflags = "NO" nis_serverflags = "YES" yppasswddflags = "NO" I hope I have given enough info...
