Currently, that is the case due to the way microsoft has packaged the
mod_frontpage module (located in one big patch fp-patch-apache_1.2.5).
Don't know if anyone using them with Apache 1.3b6. The frontpage extentions
may work (fp30..tar.Z) with 1.3.b6, but frontpage module patch probably will
not apply.

Currently the FP extensions and Apache w/FrontPage module will have to use
Apache v1.2.6. Since there is a apache-current port (v1.3b6), I guess I'll
have to give it a try and port the FrontPage module to it.

Apache w/FrontPage Module compiles natively under FreeBSD, but the
extensions are pre-compiled for BSDi (v3.0), I do have all 3 compat
libraries installed on my system but don't believe they are required.
