www/lynx isn't FORBIDDEN at the moment.
It might be a good idea to switch back, as www/links2 seems to satisfy the
textproc/docproj dependency check, even though it doesn't work.
If it was just the problem I mentioned then it wouldn't be worth it, but if
switching fixes the Japanese docs as well then it's probably a good idea.
