But now commits related with PkgBase is actively (than before) even on non-main branches like stable/14. An example below. https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/commit/?h=stable/14&id=d149be3a0cbe27599921b0952bd8de18413fceaf So it should be considered to be tied with base, too. The situation is already changed.
