diff for FreeBSD.conf packages

With the inclusion of FreeBSD-kmods repo in 14.3-RELEASE, a priority should be
set to ensure this repo is chosen over the main package repo to ensure users
get the correct drm-61-kmod on pkg update. There is no drm-kmod meta package
meaning users need to specify the entire package name including the version to
ensure they get the correct one. Adding the priority will ensure drm-61-kmod
selects the correct one for the minor version of the OS being used.

Attached is a diff for the associated FreeBSD.conf files in
https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/plain/usr.sbin/pkg
