Hi :)

I know MIPS is a tier 3 platform, but what does that mean for me? The wiki says that both WiFi and the switch work for the WR1043ND, so it sounds like it should be fine as a home router. Is there anything I should know before I buy the thing, such as stability or package availability?

Also, it has 32MB memory. How much will a fresh system consume? Should I consider soldering in a 64MB chip?
