DALLAS, AUSTIN AND SAN ANTONIO NOW OPEN - EXPANDED SERVICE IN GREATER
NEW YORK CITY AND COMPLETE COVERAGE FOR THE STATES OF MASSACHUSETTS AND
NEW HAMPSHIRE.
(San Diego, CA) Access Developers Inc., doing business as Access1
("Access"), began providing Internet service for customers in Dallas,
Austin, and San Antonio as of February 1, 1999. This brings the number
of cities in which they offer their unlimited Internet access for $99
per year, on a prepaid annual basis, to 21. As of February 2, 1999,
Access is offering expanded coverage throughout the Greater New York
City area, including Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Southern, and
Orange Counties.
Also, from their base in Boston, they have now expanded to offer
service throughout Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. Please

1999, Access has increased their subscriber base by over 15% and it is
expected that the pace of subscriber enrollment will increase over the

audio business, marketing alliances with high traffic web sites, as
well as ISP acquisition targets.
