I have over a half-dozen boxes with Etherpower 10/100 cards (all running
10MB mode right now) and have seen *zero* trouble.  The "de" driver appears
to work just fine for us here.

We're running Pentia-166 CPUs with Adaptec PCI disk adapters in these.  I
believe the boards are Tyans.
