Again, it's an extremely limited feature and people should only use it if they understand absolutely what their responsibilties in terms of post-extraction cleanup and permissions are. I would even go so far as to suggest that any package which attempts to use this must test its install/deinstall actions in a pristene chroot tree and that this tree be scanned pre-and-post for both operations, all to ensure that the package does exactly what it should do and no more or less.
