I can't remember what I'm running now -- 4.5-STABLE I think. It seems to have fixed it, but I was also messing with IBM's utility "ps.exe" to tweak the power-management stuff. I can't get to the box right now to verify so I'll have to get back to you. I thought I filed a PR follow-up on this a few months back when I installed the new OS, but can't find it. Sorry.
