Output from script tracking time

This is the output of a script I wrote to track time stoppages.

The first line is the date/time of the last check. The second line is the
date/time of the current run and the third is the difference in seconds.

The script does a sleep 1 and if the two times are more then 2 seconds
different it prints the three lines.
