    Thank you for taking the time to send this message.

    We don't CVS. Our policy regarding all FreeBSD systems is that each
system will NOT be upgraded for any reason. However, should security
or kernel panics issues arise, then those patches where approiate
will be applied. No other changes are made; especially to systems
in the field.

Our company has resisted taking any stance stronger than what I've 
stated (i.e. we don't fire people for examining/using CVS). As such,
there is no mechanism by which we can apply patches (other than security
or kernel panic). Not having a mechanism for apply patches means there
is also no means, nor is one encourage, to make changes. 
That being said we have no means by which to identify changes 
should the be need  (except, again, security and panics).

Lastly, give the situation it is beyond the charter to develop
methods to encourage any behavior that would suggest using CVS.
