Hello,
I several boxes on the Internet and I am moving services from one machine to
another. What I want to do is be able to forward or bounce all incoming
connections to one box and port to another machine. I want to forward both
TCP and UDP so bouce alone will not work.
I have compiled the KERNEL with:
options IPFIREWALL #firewall
options IPFIREWALL_VERBOSE #print information about
# dropped packets
options IPFIREWALL_FORWARD #enable transparent proxy
support
options IPFIREWALL_VERBOSE_LIMIT=3D100 #limit verbosity
options IPFIREWALL_DEFAULT_TO_ACCEPT #allow everything by
default
options IPDIVERT #divert sockets
options IPSTEALTH #support for stealth
forwarding
Do I need all these options?
I do not need to run a IP NAT or nothing like that. Both machines have
real/physical Internet IPs and I'm just wanting to foward the port to
another box until everyone has the new IP down.
I appreciate it!
