Following paragraph from porters handbook, Upgrading a port
(https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/port-upgrading.html)
need some updates.

The next step is to see if there is an update already pending. To do this,
there are two options. There is a searchable interface to the FreeBSD Problem
Report (PR) or bug database. Select Ports Tree in the Product dropdown, and
enter the name of the port in the Summary field.

Updates :- 
1. "Ports Tree" should be "Ports & Packages".
2. "dropdown" should be "multiple select menu".

I have attached a SVN diff file with the proposed fix.
