Synopsis: cleaning code from warnings in libm

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed

State-Changed-Why:
Thanks, I applied a few of the bsdsrc/ changes. However, the src/
changes are counterproductive. Gratuitous style changes make it
harder to integrate bugfixes from future versions of netlib. In fact,
patches to reduce diffs against netlib/newlib where appropriate would
be greatly appreciated.
