-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I am currently testing out BIND9 code on a FreeBSD Alpha (4.6.1-REL) system we have in the lab, and I keep coming up with an issue in generating rndc keys: - -=- % /usr/local/sbin/rndc-confgen -a rndc-confgen: generate key: out of entropy - -=- I already tried the usual suggestions under FreeBSD (rndcontrol on the command line and rand_irqs in /etc/conf) but to no avail. Is there a different way to seed /dev/random under the Alpha platform? (and has anyone been able to get rndc-confgen to generate rndc keys?) Thanks in advance for any help, and I'll pass the information on to the BIND developers. :) Best Wishes - - -- Peter_Losher@isc.org - Internet Software Consortium - OpenPGP E8048D08 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE92IFSPtVx9OgEjQgRAh4UAJ9RqScncatTtkqEySBBHlqe8o2hVACfU4Fq WUrihruPtW8Pnd+kEBxIQJo= =+0dr -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-alpha" in the body of the message
