Log:
Adjust collections to handle the new "src/crypto" subtree properly.
This is going to replace "src/contrib-crypto", whose name was
considered too awkward. After the repository move has taken place,
I will remove references to "src/contrib-crypto" from the
collections and update the Handbook and the example supfiles.
