BIND gives periodic (hourly, I think) stats to a file.
You can find a syntax explanation of that file at
http://www.dns.net/dnsrd/stats.html (don't
know if it's up to date).

If you want to be more precise and do statistics related
to domains, I think you're on your own.  You would have
to open the "query" channel (may be a problem on a loaded server) 
of bind's configuration, log every query/response, and extract 
the needed information, using some automatic process (like a 
home made script...)
