      I've  a lock some  days ago, and missing  the new book of  McKusik et
   al. "The Design and Implementation of the 4.4BSD".  Sorry, can't get the
   isbn and  the exact title,  but is's really a  good book as you know I'm
   sure, which should be mentioned cause it's more close  to FreeBSD 2.X as
   the previous version "...... 4.3BSD"
