Why are you splitting into 2 x 128?  Do you really have 128 hosts on the 
same piece of wire?  Basically, if you want to have a subnet of 32 hosts,
you *must* split a 128 into 2 x 64, then split one 64 into 2 x 32.

You can put two subnets on the same piece of wire, but it is ugly, and 
packets from one to the other still have to go via a router.
