Would a mandoc expert have time to go over the manpages in
src/contrib/amd ? It looks like the am-utils people have un-mandoc'ed
them and they aren't generally in our format (`SH' vs. `Sh', etc...)
They are missing things like:
.Sh HISTORY
The
.Nm amd
utility first appeared in 4.4BSD.
but adding this doesn't work as they aren't in mandoc anymore.
