Mike, I've already started porting tpctl to FreeBSD, since I run
FreeBSD on a Thinkpad and have felt the need for such a tool. IMHO,
it should be a fairly easy porting job since tpctl and friends are
rather well written. My porting will be a rewrite for many reasons,
not least of which is the licensing.

I'm hoping for an alpha release within a couple of weeks at most. No
promises, though.

Regards,
Rajappa
