Thanks all, for confirming what the status here is.

(Too bad though - this means I still can't properly get packets routed =
out of a multihomed end system. The ipfw "fwd" command also doesn't do =
IPv6; "setfib" was my alternative hope. And pf, which I tried, freezes =
the box once in a blue moon...)
