Actually, the commands are:

make buildkernel KERNCONF=YOUR_KERNEL_CONFIG_NAME && \
make installkernel KERNCONF=YOUR_KERNEL_CONFIG_NAME

or, if you wish to use the GENERIC configuration, just

make buildkernel && \
make installkernel
