Yesterday I cvsup'd my system, built/installed world
and rebooted. When I issue:

# ssh -V
OpenSSH_2.9 FreeBSD localisations 20020307, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090601f

It returns OpenSSH 2.9. Is this the new, corrected version of OpenSSH?
I thought the fixed version was 3.1.

FWIW, here's my cvsupfile:

*default host=cvsup3.freebsd.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs
*default tag=RELENG_4
