Patch to update editors/enter-tex

- Update to 3.49.0
- Switch to USES= gettext-tools

Note: tested with textproc/gspell 1.14.2 (bug #289967), x11-toolkits/amtk 5.9.2
(bug #291494) and filesystems/libgedit-gfls 0.3.1 (bug #291495
