Not quite. It's 8-bit only. It supports 44.1kHz mono and
22.05kHz stereo for playback (don't know about recording, I
wouldn't dare to try to record something with such a beast).
And yes, I'd also recommend to dump it in the toilet. :-)
If you need a _cheap_ soundcard, get an SB16 clone (those are
$15 or less, but be sure that it's SB16-compatible in hard-
ware), or a used SB16. WSS/MSS clones should be cheap, too,
and they work just as well.
