I am running perfectly happily with this in Azure and it has f= ixed my mount issues. I understand the arguments for it not being the correct pl= ace for the fix, but in practical terms this its us reliably boot FreeBSD somew= here that it does not reliably boot without it, so theres surely at least an argument for committing it for now until a better fix can be applied ? As written is doesn't have any negative effects after all...
