Libraries came from a friend, linked .so.26 to .2.7.1.so
To make name resolution work under linux create
/compat/linux/etc/host.conf
order hosts, bind
multi off
Then add
setenv RESOLV_HOST_CONF /compat/linux/etc/host.conf
To your .cshrc
