No.  That won't be necessary.  If you believe they are fixed, then it
is better to keep them enabled.  I don't like to mark ports BROKEN or
FORBIDDEN unless there is a demonstrated security problem in the port,
leaving it up to the maintainer to take normal care to check these
things out.
