It's looking for a newer version of XFree86 and for gcc 2.7.x.  If you
upgrade to 2.2.x then you'll get libstdc++ (and gcc 2.7.2.1) and you can
upgrade XFree86 at the same time.

We went to the trouble of porting gcc for you :-)
