Ever have a very simple commit that has many repocussions you didn't
think of???  Foo.

Anyway, now I think src/etc/mtree/BSD.include.dist rev 1.32.2.1
(submitted by Udo Schweigert <ust@cert.siemens.de>) will fix the problem.
