I have two boot floppies for 4.5 (kern.flp and mfsroot.flp) because I'm too lazy to dm or dimg whatever that command is to make new images of 4.6 My question is... the last time I upgraded (from 4.3 to 4.5), I hosed my /var/log/utmp file (wtmp? and must have also replaced or zeroed out some other log and system files). This time around, if I boot to the floppies into the sysinstall interface, what should I have backed up prior to upgrading? -- Peter Leftwich President & Founder Video2Video Services Box 13692, La Jolla, CA, 92039 USA +1-413-403-9555 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
