Hello guys!

I just found out that there's a scsi-specific ML and perhaps I'll now
find the answer to the question which u320-pci-x scsi controller is
recommended for use with freebsd (6.2).

I read some drivers (amr, cis, mpt, iir), but I'm still not sure which
card would do best with freebsd.

I have a adaptec 39320 lying on my desk, but the system (dell sc1425) freez=
es
under heavy load [0]. I am using this script [1] to get it freezing,
although it does _NOT_ work all the time.

As our aim is to get the server fast up and running again we decided to
try another scsi controller, but the big question is: Which one?

Thanks for any hint,

Nico
