Ok. the firmware revision is 7.28.1. Actually I played around a little bit and 
when I do NOT initialize the bultin rl8139 card in my sony vaio PCG-fx705 the 
wireless lan works fine. Actually for me it seems its not possible to have 
both of them up and running, but I do not understand why.
