https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=221119 Bug ID: 221119 Summary: FreeBSD FC SAN path failover time exceeds 60s Product: Base System Version: 11.1-RELEASE Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: steel.liu@huawei.com Qlogic qle2562 was installed on FreeBSD 11.1 host. Two ports are connected to storage array controllers respectively. Multipath was enabled and each LUN has 2 paths to the storage array. When we disconnected one FC port to the storage array, the multipath failover to the second path. But the failover time exceeds 60s. We think 60 seconds is too long to result some application timeout or error. I hope to know if there're some settings we can use to reduce the failover time.
