Subject: VirtualBox VMs with large amounts of RAM

It seems I can reliably lock up my 10-STABLE amd64 VirtualBox host by
giving a Windows 7 VM more than about 12G of RAM. The VM starts, the
mouse gets draggy and then the whole system hardlocks. This is on a
system with 16G total, so there should be plenty left for the host (no
ZFS).

Is this a known problem?
