>Description:

	just a sample of the problems:

	* the package name is web2c-6.1, though it's really Tex
	* doens't uninstall correctly
	* makes directories with mode 777
	* comes with the bibtex binary, but no bst files
	* no pk fonts at all
	* MakeTeXPK should put generated pk files in a more permanant place
	  (or is that in the dvips package?)

>Fix:

	Don't know. Perhaps the person who put it there can contact
	me and we can work on it.
