It means that ray still builds and I shouldn't have taken it out in
the first place. I was testing some of sam's early patches to the
802.11 layer that had broken ray, so I took it out locally and I let
that contamination leak into the repo. Ray either works or it doesn't
right now, and nothing I've done changes that.
