Argh.  So I was looking through the CVS logs.. and I suppose the boot
loader works fine on New World 'puters... well it won't on an Old World
Mac.  The "new" copyin functions just refuse to play nice (ofw_pmap blah
blhah blah claim blah blah blah failed).

Unfortunately backing it out cleanly is a big mess, and I haven't been
able to pick one out.
