Apparently, everything works. :-/ I also took out half the memory two DIMMs, and ran a test for both halves. I did a test two DIMMs in slot 0/1 and in slot 2/3, and did the same test for both pairs of DIMMs. (The machine has 4 x 512 MB DIMMS, two Samsung, and two from "Memory Corp".) I found two other PC-3200 DIMMs. 256 MB, and tried those as well. In every test, ASD concluded with "PASSED", ie no faults with the machine. :-/ As it is now, I can get about two hours of working time on the machine before problems starts to show up. Yet, it doesn't feel hot anywhere. I couldn't remove the CPU's as the heads of the bolts holding the heatsinks (hex nut heads) are broken. I'll have to get them out and change the bolts some day. -- Torfinn
