What about defining flavor py311 in your list of ports to build with Poudriere? sysutils/py-salt@py311 You can try it on the command line too poudriere testport -j myjail -p myports sysutils/py-salt@py311 I didn't test it, not sure if it works for Salt, but it works for some other ports.
