If we are not going to rebuild (make rerelease -DRELEASENOUPDATE and the file ${CHROOTDIR}/tmp/.world_done exists), do not touch ${CHROOTDIR}/usr/src/sys/conf/newvers.sh, as the only effect that is has is upsetting release.2.
