I have been having some problems with the sound on my system. I can get = the=20 sound to play for a little bit, and then it would just stop. Nothing wou= ld=20 be holding the /dev/dsp device and I get the following kernel message: pcm0: play interrupt timeout, channel dead After that I get that message everytime that I try to play sound.
