https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=293136 Zhenlei Huang <zlei@FreeBSD.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |zlei@FreeBSD.org --- Comment #3 from Zhenlei Huang <zlei@FreeBSD.org> --- (In reply to Przemysław Mika from comment #0) > However, locally originated traffic (connections initiated by the FreeBSD host > itself, such as DNS queries, NTP, package fetches, BGP sessions sourced from the > box, and so on) is never distributed. Routed traffic do route lookup. It is expected to see the traffic been distributed. Locally originated traffic may use the cached the route / nexthop in pcb. The cached nexthop is not a group. Maybe the cached one is not updated / reflected on nexthop group change ? Ahh I recall one of my unfinished work, which is providing a transparent route cache to consumers.
