I have then since changed flume to link Python but in a more generic way (basically supporting any python 3.7+ installation). So it may be possible that the project compiles but the binary will not run unless the box has python 3.12. I am holding back a 1.2.5 release that fixes this (among other things) while you're reviewing 1.2.4.
