(wrote 623027 bytes of 1457152 bytes) " and on the debug console: " ./sbin/dhclient-script ./sbin/omshell /stand/cpio: invalid header: checksum error /stand/cpio: warning: skipped 100320 bytes of junk ./sbin/dump /stand/cpio: invalid header: checksum error /stand/cpio: warning: skipped 502 bytes of junk /stand/gunzip: <fd:0>: oversubscribed literal/length tree /stand/cpio: premature end of file " Afterwords i tried using also the "ftp.freebsd.org" mirror but it failed with the exact results as above. Lastly , i tried to install from the .iso files and it went OK. SO, i presume that there is problem with the FTP sites in a file from the base package .... Hope to hear something about this ....
